Keith Allen Henry, 55, of Lewisburg, NC, has been charged for the alleged inappropriate touching of patients during consultations at a medical clinic in Spotsylvania.

In early November, detectives were alerted that a 7-year-old patient advised her mother that she had been touched, leading to the initial charges for Henry, who was arrested for aggravated sexual battery of a child under the age of 13.

Henry was later arrested in Hanover County on Tuesday, Nov. 28 and was held at the Pamunkey Regional Jail without bond.

While behind bars, a spokesperson from the Spotsylvania County Sheriff's Office said that a second woman came forward to advise that Henry allegedly inappropriately touched her during a different medical exam that was reported at the same clinic earlier that year.

In the second incident, Henry was charged with misdemeanor sexual battery and attempted sexual battery.

Now, investigators are concerned that there could be additional victims, and anyone who may have been targeted is being asked to contact Senior Det. Y. Lecarpentier at the sheriff's office by calling (540) 507-7674 or emailing ylecarpentier@spotsylvania.va.us.
